You know you’re an agronomist when…. Had this rash begin last week and was confused what I was reacting to. Little did I know until today when I was scouting for spider mites, that they were my issue!Take a good shower after scouting fields with heavy spider mite activity!

Beautiful morning to be out in the fields! With this hot and dry weather, aphids have been powering through some fields and are above Economic injury level. Make sure to keep an eye out for thresholds and talk to your local crop specialist about insecticide sprays!
