I'm semi lean still at 53 but I don't worry about BF percentages.
Counting macros is NOT for me and never has been.
I focus on gaining strength rather then worry about body parts and I stick to the basics with my training.
That works for me π

First squat session after 9 weeks of box squat, felt smoother but we will see because in general issues resurface , however looks much better then it WAS for sure.
Squatting with sciatica can be tricky but I found a new single leg movement that feels good!πππ
