Israeli settlers and soldiers have shot dead 18-year-old Khalil Abu Alia, who was shot in the neck by a sniper, and 19-year-old Omar al-Naasan, who was shot in the back.

According to some eyewitnesses al-Naasan was murdered inside the village by a settler. The soldiers, together with settlers, have stolen hundreds of sheep during several rounds of raids on the village throughout the day.

Today's events began at around 5 p.m., when a group of settlers grazed their sheep next to homes on the edge of the village. A short time later, settlers, soldiers, and Border Police officers besieged the home of Mohammed Abu Alia and attacked several other houses in the area. At this point, about ten sheep were stolen by the settlers, and soldiers arrested Omar Shehada from his home after it had been attacked by settlers.

Fifteen military jeeps continued to besiege the village for several hours before raiding it again at around 9:30 p.m. The forces deployed snipers on rooftops and advanced into the center of the village, where about 300 more sheep were loaded onto pickup trucks.

Israeli soldiers and settlers have killed 9 residents of al-Mughayyer since October 7, 2023. 6 were killed in 2026 alone.

That day, Albania defeated Greece 2–1 at the "Qemal Stafa" Stadium. Albanians celebrated everywhere, including in the diaspora. In Zakynthos, Gramoz was waving the Albanian flag when a group of Greeks stabbed him in the back.

The tragedy did not end there. At the hospital, doctors allegedly refused to treat him because he was uninsured. He was left to die. An inhuman act, a shame that can never be erased.

This is the reality: a young Albanian was killed simply because he celebrated with his national flag. He carried no weapon. He attacked no one. He was simply celebrating.

Les journalistes de l’Agence France-Presse couvraient des militants israéliens venus soutenir des Palestiniens harcelés par des colons dans le village de Jannatah.

Des pierres ont été lancées contre eux et un journaliste de l’AFP a été frappé au menton avec un bâton, lui causant un saignement.

👉 Leurs deux véhicules ont également été vandalisés : vitres arrière brisées et pneus crevés.

Au total, au moins cinq personnes ont été blessées.

On CNN with @jimsciutto, Ambassador Mansour reiterated that:
