Finishing off the week with leg day at the gym ππΌ What a ride this behaviour change has been π now to finish off the reflective journal π₯΄ #MARK320
Day 2/4 this week was a walk along the beach with this little terror πΆ absolutely loving this (slightly) warmer weather, itβs so much more motivating! #MARK320
Getting the heart rate up on a Saturday morning with a hike πͺπΌ Have found that doing any form of exercise 4 days a week works better for me than having a specific program for each day, so going to stick to that for the rest of my behaviour change! #MARK320
2 weeks in! Today I decided to go to the gym AND for a run (who am I?!) Anyway, between not running for a week & going to the gym beforehand, I ended up just doing a run/walk combo for 3km. Could be the endorphins talking but Iβm still feeling pretty happy with myself! #MARK320
Have been feeling super run down & a bit overwhelmed with uni the past couple of days so have just been on little walks, but today I felt ready to go! Got my butt to the gym (finally) and smashed out a strength workout πͺπΌ #MARK320
The last thing I felt like doing today was running but ended up pushing myself a little further and it paid off π€ Iβm no athlete but Iβm improving each time so counting the little wins! #MARK320
Had a rest day yesterday so dragged myself out of bed today to run another 2km ππΌββοΈ A little faster than last time so getting there slowly but surely. Honestly I just canβt comprehend how people can run further than this AND 2-3mins/km faster?! Must be nice π #MARK320
Little walk today, not much but better than nothing!
In order to keep me motivated & hopefully change my behaviour, Iβve decided that each week I will attempt:
2 runs
2 gym sessions &
1-2 walks

Day 1 of my effort to increase my exercise! My first 2km run π₯³ Very slow so room for improvement, but also not bad for a girl whoβs last substantial run was at the year 7 cross country! #MARK320
