I have been holding salary account with ICICI for last 7 years and most of my transactions in Homeloan, Insurance, Gold loan and Demat. Now I got a msg 2 days ago that my account will be closed in 30 days due to numerous business transactions.

Everybody at the branch were hopeless so I again called customer care and insisted them to give me a clarity. After putting me on hold for so long executive replied that I need not worry about it. It's some glitch!
