I have been calling syska customer support for the last 1.5 weeks, and they are denying accepting the complaint stating that their system is under maintenance. As a customer, i dont care if your computer exploded, i need to claim my warranty...

@flipkartsupport Hi @flipkartsupport ,no installation,no resolution, pathetic service and policy. You asked me to wait till 7pm. I had to stay at home for installation today (total waste).. what is the expectation. you buy from flipkart and you will never know when you get your installation done.

@flipkartsupport I have ordered a fan from "flipkart." "installation(Rs.249)" was added along with it. I stayed at home for installation is scheduled today. No one came, no calls. No response to calls. @atomberg_tech do I lose warranty if i install it myself?(flikart told so).
