4th Class conducted experiments with magnets and engaged in a thrilling toy car race to determine which car reigned supreme!🏎️

Back to term 3 with a bang today as children from 4th, 5th and 6th class took part in the Limerick sports partnership athletics competition. Everyone had great fun, represented their school fantastically and even brought home some silver ware!! 🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️🏆

4th Class sang Glaoch na hÉireann as part of Seachtain na Gaeilge and to support the boys in green during the Six Nations!🏉🇮🇪

Today Ahane school had 32 pupils participating in the FAI Primary 5s Programme. A great day of fun and fitness was had by all!⚽️

We kicked off our Seachtain na Gaeilge activities this week with a bricfeasta mór, with all donations received going to Milford Hospice.

Today in sixth class, the children were tasked to design an egg jacket using various materials in the hopes the egg wouldn’t crack! After the first attempt children got the opportunity to altar their designs and all experienced greater success. We even had one egg still in tact!

Fourth class have been busy learning about the Vikings, creating projects, and also Viking shields! Maith sibh!👏🏻

5th class recently completed a robotics workshop provided by Analog Limerick. Our school team were also picked by the judging panel to compete in the robotics final! Well done!
