@GlamGrafter @Kryptune7 @Acyn Stop gaslighting. It’s unbecoming. Look. You have been brainwashed, so nothing I say will soak through the proverbial tin hat that you choose to wear because your version of reality gives you the feels that you want. And that is fine. Good day, ma’am.
@GlamGrafter @Kryptune7 @Acyn The mob attacked police officers and were intent on harming government officials. To a judge, that intent will have a harsher sentence. Has nothing to do with political bias. It’s really not rocket science. I don’t know what is so difficult to understand.
@GlamGrafter @Kryptune7 @Acyn They did more than “disrupt for a few hours,” and the mob intended to take over the capitol building by using violence. The intent behind it is what dictates the sentence. You can gaslight yourself all you want, but hundreds of MILLIONS of people watched the insurrection.
@GlamGrafter @Kryptune7 @Acyn It is not a double standard because of the intent. You see, violence in protest might not be seen as egregious as trying to stop an election and raiding the Capitol Building. Gov. Officials were literally under attack. Do you see the difference?
@the_matt@vjlocke@Acyn Who is saying one event is better or worse than the other. There was violence at both events. People behaved horribly at both events.
@the_matt@GCGrooter@Acyn No one is obliged to post every and all complaints on Twitter. I know this might sound weird, but people are allowed to think things and voice thoughts and concerns while not on social media. 🤦♀️
@the_matt@planterspunch7@Acyn People don’t need to go on social media to complain. They can do it in the real world, too. Just because someone didn’t complain about something on Twitter, doesn’t mean they didn’t care or complain at all. I know. Weird concept.
@GlamGrafter @Kryptune7 @Acyn If what you said actually happened, it is also wrong, but it doesn’t make the violence from the January Riots any less wrong.
@GlamGrafter @Kryptune7 @Acyn You are not providing any receipts. What is your definition of “excessive sentencing”? Who, exactly, are the violent offenders whose charges were dropped? What were their names? What were their charges?
