@CapitalOne I realize there are bigger things happening in the world but this isn't the time to cheat people out of their rewards or their money. It's hard to avoid thinking you are purposely making this difficult. Especially when CANCEL FLIGHT button on website is busted. Boo!

@CapitalOne Sent message saying "call this # for help with upcoming flight" and IT'S THE NUMBER THAT KEPT ME ON HOLD except this message claims it's the number for the Airlines. Spoiler: it isn't!

@CapitalOne Next, call back closer to the flight. Flight is now in two days. # on website is wrong, according to person at that #. Call correct #. Can't cancel flight at this #. Please call OTHER #. Call other #. On hold for 2 1/2 HOURS until the offices close. Still kept on.

@CapitalOne Getting the feeling you just want me to skip it so you keep the money! No way to cancel a flight except by calling. This is my SEVENTH attempt. First three times, busy signal. Find a way to reach a human and am told the phones are broken but being fixed. Pls call back
