Starting 3/28, the chart of resting heart rate in Health does not match the actual data shown. Worse, the historical chart changed as well, showing different numbers than the actual historical data shown. Please look into this. It can’t be just me.
Investors want to get out of #privatecredit funds because the NAVs are artificially high. That’s why the managers don’t want to sell the loans to pay off withdrawals - it will reveal true market prices. Investors not redeeming will be left holding the bag.

Another wait time disaster. The site told me 10 minutes; I’m on 25 minutes and still waiting. Don’t bother responding- just show respect for your customers and stylists by fixing it.
The estimated wait time posted did not change. Only my actual wait time changed. And why did the system send me a 15 minute warning when in reality, the wait was 42 minutes? Obviously, your system does not work. This is a consistent problem. Do you care about its customers?
@CaryTheater How out of touch can you be to show a colorized version of ”It’s a Wonderful Life”? And your staff was clueless, certainly not knowledgeable about movies or Xmas tradition. To top it off, not offering a refund was insulting. #grinch

@ahber58 The estimated wait time is based on the current conditions in the salon. As customers check in and are served, and as the team members change shifts, the estimated wait time adjusts accordingly.

Just waited an extra 30 minutes past the original stated 20. The manager told me that the system doesn’t take into account that stylists are “human” and that no one in corporate listens to their issues. So you have unhappy customers and employees. Not a great look

@AudiFairfield customers: Are you one of 1000’s nationwide who have been logged off and lost all settings/favorites? @Audi has not been helpful, recommending a reboot, but offering no idea what caused the problem or if it will return. Looking for any ideas of long-term solutions.
