@NYSLabor @Braidsmom51 I have received 2 letters already with the same information that I was approved. I've been claiming since March with no updates or anything. You phone system is garbage. It doesn't matter the day or time it's always busy. You are not helping people at all!!!

@NYSLabor I'm still pending since March and I'm able to certify every week but I'm not getting paid. I have called like 300 times per day to try to speak to real person every day from @NYSLabor with no luck. Please answer us we have bills to pay!!!
