To maintain a balanced perspective i used to follow people whose ideology i am not resonating much with and even the people whose ideology i hate..so i was never in constant state of agitation..but i always stay away from influencers..influencers are not honest to themselves as well as people who follow them..in my opinion any kinda of influencers has to be unfollowed and despised..thats not a job..if they are an influencer for a certain brand or the people at-least they have to tell it upfront..if they don't do it they are just brokers

It is said by many people already but i will say it again..it is very very important to read lot of books or watch a lot of movies or at least talking to lot of people who is not your gender,caste,religion or even nation ..only these things improve a balanced perspective on life
