@Olacabs
I was stranded in the middle of the road by the ola cab in Bangalore just for asking to switch on AC.
I have sent a grievance mail as well, but this is how customers are treated. Btw i had booked OLa prime, i was not asking anything that i was not entitled for.

Checked in to Hyatt Pune, only to find my room was changed without any prior intimation. No explanation, no apology, no courtesy. Just a silent switch. But I accommodated.

But then went to their spa, came back to my room & opened a "sealed" comb package & found a comb that looked USED! 😱 Recycled hotel amenities?

Disgusting & unhygienic. If they’re reusing combs, what else are they reusing? Toothbrushes? Horrifying to even think about.

Raised my concerns with GM Sandesh Parab - & that’s when things went from bad to worse.
Instead of listening, he was rude, condescending & dismissive.

When I told him not to do this & that social media can make or break reputations these days, he shouted at me & said:
"Do what you want, I’ll see what I need to do!" I asked his permission to take his pic to highlight the issue, he became nasty.

This is how @HyattPune GM treats guests.

A 5-star hotel with zero hygiene standards, recycled amenities, & a General Manager who bullies customers? Unacceptable! @Hyatt, is this your hospitality standard?

@love_liv_laf Everyone grief is personal, how much they feel and how they deal with it also personal. I dont think we should judge with who leaves and who stays.

[Cs @ahkihs1]

@love_liv_laf Ppl leave because they know that staying back or no matter what they do will not bring the person back.
Loved ones of the people are left with a hole in their soul which will never be filled and they know that they have to live thier entire life living without them.

Nupur ji @UnSubtleDesi , now I understand why you had to leave West Bengal, when the police force is hand in glove with the state government to muffle and silence the voice of the citizen, nothing can be done. A notice for asking #justiceformoumitadebnath while criminals rule?
