I hold the Islamic regime in Iran in absolute contempt. Yet I unequivocally oppose any military action that targets infrastructure or services essential to the daily lives of the Iranian people.
The world now clearly understands the profound divide between this regime and the people it claims to represent. Any strike that damages civilian infrastructure is not a blow against the regime, it is a direct assault on the very people who have already suffered under it.
Critical facilities that sustain livelihoods, health, and the country’s future must never be treated as targets. Iran’s future belongs to its people, a people who have made it clear they do not want this regime. That future must not be destroyed in the name of confronting it.

من نسبت به جمهوری اسلامی ایران عمیقاً بیزار و مخالفم. با این حال، به‌طور قاطع با هرگونه اقدام نظامی که زیرساخت‌ها یا خدمات حیاتی مرتبط با زندگی روزمره مردم ایران را هدف قرار دهد، مخالفم.
امروز دیگر جهان به‌خوبی از شکاف عمیق میان این رژیم و مردمی که ادعای نمایندگی‌شان را دارد آگاه است. هر حمله‌ای که زیرساخت‌های غیرنظامی را تخریب کند، نه ضربه‌ای به رژیم، بلکه مستقیماً ضربه‌ای به مردمی است که خود سال‌ها از آن رنج برده‌اند.
تأسیسات حیاتی که معیشت، سلامت و آینده کشور را حفظ می‌کنند، هرگز نباید هدف قرار گیرند. آینده ایران متعلق به مردم آن است، مردمی که به‌روشنی نشان داده‌اند دیگر این رژیم را نمی‌خواهند. این آینده نباید به نام مقابله با رژیم، نابود شود.
