I had scheduled GRE & TOEFL Home Edition test & they're terminated just before security check & now you're blaming me for my system's fault, but it is your ETS  software which is incompetent. I've been completely honest while taking the tests & i want the refund.

About my incident I have tried calling on the ETS helpline, but have been put on hold for so long that the charges of the call(from India) are about to exceed the amount of the fees of which I want the refund.
Please help!
