@MichaelRosenYes On hold for 53 mins had to give up. Rang the next day got an appointment for my daughter was 10 mins late dr refused to see her. Rearranged but when got to the surgery appointment not booked. Apparently it was a misunderstanding on my part. Really disappointed 😔

Just been on hold to my Dr’s surgery for over 53 minutes number 24 in the queue originally 30 but had to give up in the end. Beyond ridiculous!!!!!
