😭🇮🇪 Roy Keane delivered another classic line on the Overlap today and had Gary Neville and Ian Wright in stitches:
🗣️ Keane: “Gary was telling me he went through a bad spell of form after the EUROs for about 6 months because of relationship issues. WOW. Really? WOW.”
🗣️ Neville: “I obviously had a captain at the time who I didn’t feel I could go to.” 😂
🗣️ Keane: “If a full-back is going through relationship issues, it doesn’t mean he can’t stop a cross does it?"
"No I’m being serious: That shouldn’t stop you from closing your winger down: 'Oh my girlfriend’s broke up with me because she’s got her eyesight back'.”
“You can still stop crosses, that shouldn’t effect ya.” 😂
The thing is, Roy is absolutely spot on, but his delivery is always on point. 👏
There are only 2 options…
1️⃣ Starmer lied to Parliament and the nation because getting Mandelson into the most important diplomatic position in the country was more important than the risk. Ask why?
OR
2️⃣ Starmer was not told and didn’t know. Which means an elected PM is not in control of the country and a deep state decides what actions Britain takes and THEY decided Mandelson must be installed in the most important diplomatic position in the country.
Ask why?
That’s it …. There are no other options.
Brad Pitt’s near-gibberish accent in Snatch (2000) was by design. Guy Ritchie wanted a cheeky answer to critics, and Pitt, dreading a London accent, borrowed it from a character in the Irish sitcom Father Ted.
Thomas Tuchel: "Myles [Lewis-Skelly], Ruben [Loftus-Cheek], [James Trafford], and Morgan Gibbs-White got outperformed by Nico [O'Reilly], Alex Scott, Nick Pope, and by Jude [Bellingham] in their positions...
"We selected him [Lewis-Skelly] in the last camp despite his position at Arsenal, but now came a time when Nico O'Reilly had so many starts for #ManCity in his position. So he's slightly ahead for this camp..." 🏴
