An Israeli prisoner in Gaza
Alexander Turbanov, gave a surprising statement from occupied Israel upon his return:

“Your kindness will forever be etched on my soul.
I spent 498 days among you.
Despite the oppression and aggression you endured,
I learned from you the true meaning of manhood, pure bravery, humanity, and respect for values.
Even in captivity, you were free,
while I, being free, was a prisoner.
You protected my life.
Like a father treats his sons with love,
you cared for my dignity, health, and honor.

Though I was in the hands of people fighting for their land and stolen freedom,
and while my government was committing the worst genocide against a besieged nation,
you neither starved me nor humiliated me.

I saw the real meaning of manhood in your eyes.

I saw you smiling even in the face of death,
against an enemy armed with weapons of mass destruction,

Semua ahli misi ini sudah dimaklumkan bahawa mereka akan ditahan dalam Penjara Israel dalam 72 Jam ke 3 bulan jika mereka ditahan oleh Pasukan Khas Laut Tentera Israel Shayetet 13 di dalam perairan Gaza. PM Malaysia, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sudah menghubungi negara negara terdekat untuk menerima rakyat Malaysia yang bakal diekstradisi oleh Israel untuk diterima oleh negara berkenaan bagi dibawa pulang ke Malaysia. Ada pasukan peguam sudah bersiap sedia untuk membebaskan peserta misi sebaik sahaja mereka ditahan

Sekiranya misi ini berjaya maka mereka akan membawa bantuan ini ke Bandar Gaza iaitu kawasan paling teruk terjejas. Bantuan paling banyak dibawa ialah Susu Formula untuk bayi di sana minum

Maka, misi kemanusiaan Freedom Flotilla ini membawa mesej kepada dunia dan pemimpin negara yang masih bersikap berkecuali untuk buka mata dan minda melihat situasi di Gaza dan dalam masa sama memihak kepada undian mewujudkan negara Palestine pada September 2025 nanti (anggaran minggu depan)...
