Get a bill from @DIRECTV telling me I didn’t turn in equipment but they can’t tell me what it was I didn’t turn in. 5 phones calls later and they still can’t. “ You just need to pay the money and not worry about it” is what I was told today.

It is not about the $40 it is the principal. Easy math, do it to 100 people who won’t fight it x $40 they just covered their customer service “we are here to help you” scripted group for the day

Stay away from @DIRECTV. They will go out their way to get you connected. But beware when you decide to cancel. Been with @directv over 20 years. Turned my equipment as instructed to Fedex. As for a receipt, “there is no receipt, we enter it in the system by your account.”

Avoid @DIRECTV at all costs. I have been with @directv for 15+ years I will be canceling all of my business locations and move to all online streaming services with a new provider. @Directv doesn’t want my $6000/month.

@DIRECTV made a call on 2/26/26 to @directv and was told problem was corrected and account was credited. “Please be assured your accounted will show created” I asked for an email confirmation of credited account. “ We have no way to send email”

Make sure you document everything the best you can. @DIRECTV is claiming equipment that I have never owned. Canceled equipment and turned in every piece of equipment I ever had at Fedex per their instructions. Fedex had nothing to give me to show I returned equipment they say!

@SugarlandsShine so disappointing that I can’t find but a 2-3 undesirable flavors of sipping cream anywhere near me. Every place you show that carries Sugarlands in the Raleigh nc area is very limited if at all. ABC stores are useless.

@ATTHelp I was offer gift cards and free months service to connect to AT&T fiber. The sales manager was good about getting everything setup. Install was completed and the sales manager with my $350 gift cards and free first month of internet…. No where to be found.
