So yesterday I had the honour of delivering my own son...in our car, in the car park of a @sainsburys local! Huge thanks to all who helped, including amazing @NHSuk paramedics and @UHS_Maternity staff at Broadlands. Mama & baby healthy & home. Thought I'd share our #LockdownLove
@FabrizioRomano Don't get why Utd went for Sesko. Would have gone for a keeper and DM instead. Would have given Hojlund another year, a fair crack at it with better players around him. They spent big on him and should show him belief and invest in his development. Loan makes no sense.
Proud of my oldest son, out protesting against the non-sensical proposal to build a quarry in our village, right next to two schools and a children's nursery. Go Theo! @dailyecho@pauljholmes@HamblePrimary

NCUK welcomes positive UK Government narrative towards international students.
NCUK is pleased to see the recent announcement from the Secretary of State for Education, The Rt Hon Bridget Phillipson MP, stating how welcome international students are in the UK and confirming the Graduate route visa will remain in place.
Speaking at the Embassy Education Conference in the UK, the Secretary of State for Education highlighted the significant contributions of international students to the British economy and local communities, emphasising the mutual benefits of a diverse student population.
“Be in no doubt: international students are welcome in the UK.
“This new government values their contribution – to our universities, to our communities, to our country.”
“That’s why we offer the opportunity to remain in the UK on a graduate visa for 2 years after their studies end – or 3 for PhDs – to work, to live, and to contribute.”
Secretary of State for Education, The Rt Hon Bridget Phillipson MP
Andy Howells, Chief Marketing Officer at NCUK, expressed his support for the Secretary of State's announcement, commenting:
"I am delighted to hear the Secretary of State emphasising that the new UK Government clearly recognises the value of international students, their positive impact on the UK, and that they are very welcome here at UK universities. Confirmation that the Graduate route will remain in place is hugely beneficial in offering students currently considering studying in the UK, the certainty and reassurance they need to make decisions on their future.
“NCUK is fully committed to providing opportunities for talented international students from more than 40 countries around the world, to progress to our university partners in the UK. This announcement reinforces the UK's position as a welcoming destination for international students."
As a leading global pathway provider, NCUK continues to be committed to providing international students with the opportunity to transform their futures in some of the world’s top study destinations and universities.

"NCUK offers its congratulations to Sir Keir Starmer and the new UK Government. Universities are well-placed to support Labour's goal of growing the economy and widening opportunity for all, and we hope this change in leadership will lead to a more constructive relationship between the sector and government, helping to strengthen the UK's position as an attractive and welcoming study destination for international students."
