• قاضی فائز عیسیٰ اور امین الدین جیسوں کے ذریعے اور 26ویں - 27ویں ترمیم کے ذریعے سپریم کورٹ کو ایک حکومتی محکمہ بنا کر تباہ کر دیا
• عامر فاروق کو کیسز التوا میں رکھنے پر نوازا گیا
• ہائی کورٹس اور آئینی بنچوں کو ٹاؤٹوں سے بھر دیا گیا
• اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے ایماندار ججز کو پہلے دھمکایا گیا - پھر غیر مؤثر کیا گیا - اور پھر ٹرانسفر کر دیا
• عالیہ نیلم کی طرح تمام ہائی کورٹس میں مرضی کے اور جونئیر ججز کو چیف جسٹس بنا دیا گیا

2) ٹرائل کورٹس:
• فوجی ٹرائل طرز پر جیل میں عوام سے چھپ کر جرنیلی ٹرائل کیے گئے
• ٹرائل کورٹس میں ٹاؤٹ اور کرپٹ ججز سے لکھے لکھائے فیصلے پڑھوائے گئے
• ٹرائل میں لوگوں کو اغوا اور دھمکا کر جھوٹی گواہیاں دلوائی گئیں
• عدت جیسے گھٹیا ترین اور سائفر جیسے مضحکہ خیز کیسز میں سزائیں دلوائی گئیں جو ہائی کورٹ نے اڑا دیں
• ہائی کورٹس سے ایک کیس سے بری ہونے پر رہا کرنے کی بجائے نئے جعلی کیسز میں سزائیں دلوائی گئیں
• جب کرنل کو حکم آتا کیس چل پڑتا جب حکم آتا روک دیا جاتا
• عمران خان کو مسلسل قید تنہائی میں رکھا گیا
• جب کرنل کو حکم آتا ہے عمران خان کی ہفتے میں ایک دن ہونے والی ملاقاتیں بھی بند کر دی جاتی ہیں
• بار بار کورٹ آرڈرز کے باوجود عمران خان اور بشریٰ بی بی کو ان کے ڈاکٹرز سے معائنے کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی جس سے ان کی دائیں آنکھ کی بینائی صرف 15% رہ گئی
ایماندار ججز کو ڈرایا دھمکایا گیا اور پھر منظر سے ہٹا دیا گیا

3) الیکشن اور پارلیمنٹ:

• 90 دن میں الیکشن نہ کروا کر آئین توڑا گیا
• غیر آئینی طور پرنگران حکومتوں کی معیاد بڑھوائی
• تحریک انصاف سے انتخابی نشان چھینا گیا
• پھر تحریک انصاف کے امیدواروں اور مہم چلانے والوں کو ہر طرح سے ڈرایا دھمکایا ، اغوا و تشدد کیا
• دھاندلی کے لیے جوڈیشری کی بجائے سرکارری افسروں کو RO لگایا گیا
• الیکشن ڈے پر ملک بھر میں انٹرنیٹ اور موبائل سروس بند کر دی گئی
• تحریک انصاف جب فارم 45 کے مطابق 272 میں سے 180 سیٹیں گئی تو فارم 47 میں سارا رزلٹ بدل دیا گیا
• 17 سیٹوں والے لیلوں کو حکومت دلوا دی گئی
• تحریک انصاف کی ریزرو سیٹیں بھی لیلوں کو دے دی گئیں
• دھاندلی سامنے لانے والے کمشنر راولپنڈی کو دو سال سے اغوا کیا ہوا ہے
• دھاندلی پٹیشن سننے پر جسٹس طارق جہانگیری کی ڈگری چالیس سال بعد جعلی قرار دے دی
• الیکشن پٹیشنز کا قانون ہی بدل دیا گیا
• الیکشن پٹیشنز پہلے التوا میں ڈالی گئیں پھر جھوٹ بہانے بنا کر ختم کرنے کا سلسلہ شروع ہو گیا
• یورپین یونین اور کامن ویلتھ کی رپورٹس تک کو سرکاری بہانے بنا کر رکوا دیا
• ممبران سینیٹ اور قومی اسمبلی کو اغوا کر کے 26ویں آئینی ترمیم کر کے پورا آئین تبدیل کر دیا گیا

• ⁠میں کافی عرصے سے اپنے ڈینٹیسٹ سے چیک اپ کا بھی کہ رہا ہوں لیکن اسے بھی نہیں بلایا گیا
• ⁠مجھے اور بشریٰ بی بی کو 24 گھنٹے قید تنہائی میں رکھا جا رہا ہے
• ⁠بشریٰ بی بی کی بھی آنکھوں کا مسئلہ آیا اور دو ہفتے بعد وہی میڈیکل بورڈ ان کا معائنہ کرے گا جس نے میرا معائنہ کیا”

Imran Khan’s sisters are still outside Adiala Jail waiting to meet their brother Imran Khan.

It is shameful behavior from Govt and their boss Asim Munir to not allow meeting today even after good will gesture of delaying Jalsa last week. In future, if anyone delays a protest event, they will not have any support of Awaam because of this selfish behavior. Infact, they will be questioned fiercely for giving in without demanding rightful meetings with IK.

They are clearly not making decisions in favor of Pakistan. Today’s compliance for meeting per orders of the court would have gone a long way towards “Peace at Home” but another opportunity wasted by Asim Munir & the Form 47 Govt.

Dear Kasim Khan , This is clear misreporting by @thursday_times . Your statement never called for revoking Pakistan’s GSP+ status, while your actual statement and video clearly show no such demand. This is not just misleading it is defamation.
