@OryzaMercury He's not direct and obvious but the closest interpretation here is that he is saying "approximately 4 weeks after the release of 7.0, we will release normal and savage mode >in sequence<"

We can infer that means 4wks for normal, 1wk after that for savage. But it's not 100%.
