@virginmedia can someone contact me as a matter of URGENCY, your customer care/service is none existent. Selling a package to me at £35 a month but billing me £62?! I can’t ring as it says I owe you money! But you never tried to take it out my bank!!! This is a joke😡

@virginmedia your customer service is a joke. I’ve always had permission to alter anything on the account like upgrading, but the second I want to downgrade you don’t want to know? The account is in my ex’s name. He no longer lives at the address, I pay the damn bill!!!! 😡😡😡😡

@HMRCcustomers No, I only have a government gateway ID for my personal tax account. The only email I have ever received from HMRC is the one above with a reference number, but I can’t see anywhere where I can use that code?

@HMRCcustomers I haven’t used the code as I don’t know where to use it? I applied for a tax account on 28/11/23. I really need to get this sorted as I don’t fancy paying a fine when I’m trying my best to sort a self assessment!

@HMRCcustomers Hi, no there is no self assessment tile there, only PAYE, there is nothing under the ‘check progress’ tab either

@HMRCcustomers It says it’s a reference number to register for HMRC taxes. And that my acct will now be verified, that was over a week ago and I’ve not heard anything else since. Because I’m also employed, when I log in it says I’ve paid the right amount of tax? It won’t let me do anything else
