Flowers laughing everywhere—
A subtle fragrance.
Jacarandas are enchantingly beautiful. In WA they bloom from late October to early December.

At one of Perth’s biggest tech expo this year, we showcased our maritime #cybersecurity simulator, a working model of a port, complete with conveyor belts, sensors, and other OT systems.
A crowd of school kids gathered around it, eager to take control.

@dash8x@DhivehiGPT I agree Arushad. There are various practical applications of llms we could use for Dhivehi. Happy to see entrepreneurs pushing the tech & innovation.
Pleased to share that the work of my former PhD student, Dr Hussain Ibrahim has recently been published!
The study presents the first #MachineLearning based approach to detect online radicalisation content in the #Maldivian language, #Dhivehi.
1/ Are GenAI answers just good enough to fool you? 🤔
I recently asked my students a simple question:
"Suggest 3 ways AI can safeguard critical infrastructure."
Their responses — and GenAI's — revealed an important lesson.🧵
7/ As academia adapts to GenAI, we’re also improving our ability to detect AI-generated work.
So while GenAI can boost productivity, students still need to put in the effort to build meaningful knowledge.
