It’s been 72 hours since my internet became a mystery. 🕒
My @JioCare@reliancejio@jio_fiber router shows a perfectly stable green light. I haven’t touched the adapter, and my settings are exactly as they were. Yet, half the web is unreachable across every device in my home.
For three days, the cycle has been the same:
I open a ticket.
They close it without a word.
They send a message saying "Restart your router, it’s fixed!"
I restart. It’s not fixed.
I’ve had one technician visit that offered a "partial" solution—some sites opened, most didn’t. Today, I was promised another engineer would arrive to finally settle this. I waited all day. They never showed.
I paid for a full year of service just two months ago. Looking back, I honestly wish I had gone with a local provider instead—at least they might have actually shown up to help.
How does a major service provider leave a customer hanging like this? Hoping someone at @JioCare@reliancejio@jio_fiber actually sees this and decides to restore my connection. 🌐🔌

Having to deal with five whole days of a broken connection and repeated unresolved complaints is incredibly frustrating. Here's a draft for your X post that gets right to the point:
It's been 5 days of absolute nightmare with @JioFiberCare. My connection issue isn't resolved, despite an engineer visit, a new modem, and countless empty promises. Three tickets were closed without fixing the problem, and the latest one was closed yesterday too. I've paid for a whole year and now I'm regretting not going with a local provider.
I would like to throw this into garba donut can’t do as i have paid for 12 months, please return my money

Forwarding and playing in messages won’t solve the issue, neither politely replying to the complaints on X, it requires real team and field work to solve the issues, which is really lacked by JIO
I think it’s good opportunity for Airtel and other to pick up the market share
Internet is still off and you guys can only do what is known as so precious FORWARDING

@AS119f Jio has done mastery in resolving customer complaints, my internet is broken from past 5 days with 4 resolved tickets with Jio, a changed modem, 2 engineer visits. The tragedy with me is - i have paid 12 months upfront otherwise i have thrown their modem outside of my window and directly into a good dustbin.

@reliancejio your field engineer literally TRICKED me into giving the completion code before fixing anything, closed the ticket as "Completed" and now GHOSTING my calls. SR0000399LOX. Is this how Jio trains its staff? Pathetic.
