For hundreds of millions of people every day, Windows Search on the taskbar is where intent begins and I love how we’re making that everyday experience even more useful.

This week we announced that starting this fall on Windows 11 PCs, Search will let you take thousands of quick actions directly from the taskbar, from switching to dark mode and adjusting your mic volume to taking a screenshot to arranging your window and sending a quick action.

It’s a small shift that can make a big difference: helping you move from intent to action, as fast as you can type.

FableがーとかAstraがーとかの人でCopilot（Cowork）でも使えるってことをあまり理解されてない方もいますね。Copilotの解像度が低いことが原因かと思ってます

あとシンプルに心が折れますね。上からの圧力と反対勢力との板挟みで。それも、ITリテラシーゼロの人たちと、○んこみたいなシステム使いながら業務やってる環境のだと、「なんでこんな事やってんだ？」と思って「あ、辞めよ」となる道筋しかない

DX推進やIT企画の離職率が高い、という話をよく聞くのですよね。

技術的に難しいから、と説明されることが多い。もちろんそういう面もあるとして、中に入って見ると、だいたい組織の問題だったりする。

・権限が足りないまま責任だけ乗る。調整先はどこも自部門の都合で動くので、正論は通らない
・後ろ盾だったはずの経営が、現場から反発が来た途端に「現場とよく話して」と言い出す
・そして失敗するたびに「何もしないのが正解だった」という学習が組織に溜まっていく

この3つ目が一番きついのではないかと思うのです。個人が学ぶだけなら異動や転職でリセットされるけれど、組織が学ぶと次の担当者にそのまま引き継がれる。

個人ではなく組織に残り続ける学習性無力は修正が難しい。

技術負債は、少なくとも可視化はできるのですよね。棚卸しすれば一覧になるし、投入すべきリソースも概算できる。もちろん大体膨れますし、その見積もりも大きくてそっ閉じする水準になりますけど

組織負債の方は決算書にも載らないし、担当者が辞めた時点で「あの人が合わなかった」で処理されて、負債そのものは残り続ける。しかも次の人を採る時に「今度はもっと強い人を」となるので、救世主願望の側に問題が振り替えられていく。
