@cbic_india @finmin @dghrd_cbic No DPC for promotions to post of AC for 2 vacancy yrs despite no court stay. In terms of DOPT OM of 1988, DPC for adhoc promotions may be conducted even if there is any court injunction or seniority dispute.

A meeting was held in DG HRD office on 11.07.25 on cadre restructuring on directions of Revenue Secretary. A few more issues like DPC for the post of AC, in rem implementation of pay scale w.e.f. 1.1.96, infrastructure etc. were also discussed in the interest of cadre.
