Forgiveness doesn’t mean…
▪️Forgetting what someone has done.
▪️There are no consequences to what others have done.
▪️We no longer feeling the pain of grieving.
▪️Reconciliation of relationship.
▪️Things will be like before.
But it does mean freedom from interior bondage.
Solitude. Community. Ministry. We just talked about it tonight and here it is in a nutshell!
How can you take steps in those 3 areas as classes end and we transition to summer?
The challenge w/the book of Acts is we forget to live between the chapters & verses. Between all the miraculous stuff, there were ordinary, regular moments of prayer, community building, & service.
Perhaps all that miraculous stuff is preceded by a commitment to ordinary stuff.
A familiar face with a timely word! We can persevere because we have hope and His name is Jesus.
