I wonder if the @LEGO_Group have been hacked. They seem unreachable on every front with a blanket 'we are busier than usual' type covering, also when I have tried to call within opening hours it suggests I call back within opening hours. Every way of communication has a problem.

@SamsungUK your customer service has only gotten worse. I've stuck with you through the last troubles and have finally realised I am wasting my time and money with you. Avoid Samsung products if you want anything like customer service to match the expensive products purchased.

@BBCWatchdog I Just found out you did a report about @AmazonUK one-time passwords earlier in the year. The driver requested a code and didn't leave me the parcel on Monday, Amazon state that as I provided a code (on request) this is proof of delivery - HELP!

@SatonmyButt This is cruelty on their part. Why give you 2 weeks to return a form, they send over 6 months prior to your renewal date, and the @RoyalMail deliver later than the cutoff. Reviews so frequently for something the doctors can't fix.
Returned in July '23, notified of delay already.

@SamsungUK Now I have no resolution, put up with a faulty product all of that time and have to wait until I receive a copy of the call from your DP team, just to know I was correct. One for the credit card to sort out.

@SamsungUK It was an order from last year, one you've known there was a fault with since October but have either not replied or given me the run around. I finally thought I'd sorted it yesterday and then the resolution email never came - what a surprise. Now it doesn't exist.
