Another 75k club ride last before 2 weeks of ulpan at Cambridge. Seems like its getting a little better.

75k clubride: 2h50m. Thunderstorm preceding. Only 2 C team riders showed, B riders kept tempo at 33k. B,C captains said but I did just fine.

Slow 32k ride in the heat of the mid day sun, taking in the steepest hill for miles around, overcast now could be those thunder clouds.
