@MikeDro_ Fielding means little to nothing at 1B, that first polanco we had, played almost perfect 1B with 58 fielding, he’s a maxed out switch hitter and we only have 1 -99 overall pitcher
@jcteaman@JohnMassingale4@dkufner36@grok So ranked wins is current rankings ? Or people that were ranked when you played? ND beat 5 schools that were ranked in the top 25 at one point this season to your logic
@Chiefs4244@Arsnault@FDSportsbook pretty bad losing on a last second field goal and then going on a 10 game win streak with the number 3 offense and 13 defense in the country. I think Miami should have gotten in I’m just saying conference play means nothing.
@Arsnault@FDSportsbook This means nothing to the conversation of conferences. Why would a conference matter if you can lose to 2 unranked teams in your conference. Miss the championship and still make the playoff?
@Investorguy6@woodyVSworld I doubt they join the acc even with their contracts and ties to other sports, but the playoff should be the 12 best teams, not just auto bids or SEC bias. ND is without a doubt a top 12 team in the country.
@Investorguy6@woodyVSworld Miami is allowed to lose to 2 unranked teams in their own conference ,miss their conference championship (that duke won lol) and still get in. Or 2 group of 5 schools getting in over ND, ND should join the sun belt and make the playoff every year.
@Investorguy6@woodyVSworld Typical big 10 bot behavior. No answer to why anyone should be in a conference. Big 10 stands for how many points Ohio state had last night
@Investorguy6@woodyVSworld So then I ask, why would joining a conference matter? If you can make the playoff without playing in the conference championship or even playing top teams in your own conference? Oregon didn’t play Ohio state, Indiana didn’t play Ohio state (until yesterday), Michigan, USC. Etc
@wesjwalker@CFBReport But a team with 3 L’s does? Bama has looked horrid. A COMBINED 4 points in losses to 2 top 10 teams, botched xp and missed hold is how they lose to A&M lol. They are better than 90% of the teams in the playoff rn
@wesjwalker@CFBReport you have no other excuse to what I said. 3rd best team on power index, top 5 offense top 15 defense. Shouldn’t have been left out, Miami, A&M, Boise, usc, navy, Pitt. Were all ranked in the top 25 this season. 6 of their games were against teams that were good enough to be ranked
