@Keeping02Sara I definitely agree that the time we make for relaxation affects how your mood will be. When doing school work it is significantly harder to maintain a positive mood when the workload is heavy. I suggest splitting up how much work you do between each session with breaks. #HKR1000
#HKR1000 After doing mood checks throughout the whole semester taught me that my mood generally increases towards the end of the day. Supper usually tends to increase my mood because I get to spend time laughing with my family. Also relaxing at the end of the day does as well.
@britparsons9 I agree, having to face a pandemic, at our age, while trying to ensure our overall wellness is healthy is a challenge. Potentially resulting in short and even long term damage which will can possibly effect us for the rest of our lives. #HKR1000
#HKR1000 During the pandemic, the mental and physical health of people all over the world were challenged. More people were exposed to mental heath issues they haven't seen before. Mental wellness was very overlooked resulting in problems over all ages.

#HKR1000 The lab results I noticed was Physical wellness being the second lowest. I understand why that category could be lacking because as a student, I find balancing a social life with university can already be difficult so adding another aspect would be tough.

I totally agree with the idea of using spirituality to create positive outlooks on life. As a student, it seems to go under the radar when in reality could create much more meaning to life further down the road if we start now.
