Not every system needs to be Ryzen X3D for good performance.

We optimized his 10700KF and doubled his FPS…

Turn OFF "Game filters and Photo mode" for the most FPS. It runs in the background alongside your overlay, which you should also Turn OFF for the best performance 📈

Overlays can change how Windows presents the game to your monitor, sometimes adding extra composition work in the background that can hurt FPS and smoothness.
