@serafemininon Well, there are these six angels that helped her with the shield and were in her office when Vox shot Heaven. Though they don't seem to be of much help either, since they immediately started panicking and asking her what to do after Vox threatened Heaven.

@ThanjustaMore Tbf the only time that worked for Emily was when it was about the rather harmless decision of letting Pentious stay, and I'm assuming Sera being too stressed to have a debate had a role to play in that too. I mean, it's clear she has the final say in all important decisions.

@dumbAstersheep @chaggisluvr We literally see Adam listen to Lute and respect her in multiple occasions. Remember when she manhandled him in S1E6 and he stopped as she told him? Or in the trial, where he sung in harmony during Lute's part to support her instead of trying to take her spotlight?
