@AmazonHelp I have sent @AmazonHelp an email with a full explanation. I would be very grateful for a prompt reply. This is causing considerable distress to 80+ disabled persons

@AmazonHelp Indeed however your email says my disabled 80+ father must package and pay for the return of a very heavy bulky wheelchair. This is contrary to the @AmazonHelp policy on bulky & heavy items which says the seller must collect. Do you think this is reasonable?

@AmazonHelp 22 hrs ago @AmazonHelp promised to respond in 12 hrs.

Issue is simple. Amazon’s policy is Heavy & Bulky Marketplace items require home collection arranged by seller. My father’s faulty wheelchair is 46kg.

Why is an 80+ disabled customer told to arrange & pay for the return?

@AmazonHelp A faulty £1,700 wheelchair was rejected within days. Amazon says an 80+ disabled customer must arrange and pay to return a 46kg wheelchair or get no refund. Please review.
