Tak faham dengan ego surgeon yang nak maki2 sebab tak bagi LOCM as rectal contrast. Reason we give contrast (positive or negative) rectally is to distend the bowel. Sape yang nak report scan tu? Bila tanya, ohh CT tempat I dulu bagi ni….🙄
