@RANOSINT stupid indo,
no Malaysian want any part of Indonesia land to be part of Malaysia
this is just a false narrative created by insecure indonesian themselves, and dumbass indonesian like you believe it
too desperate to go war with Malaysia that you can't even think intelligently
“Confident Sembang, Tapi Fakta Ke Laut”
Begini dik.
Biar abang sekolahkan adik mengenai sedikit sebanyak perihal industri minyak negara kita.
1. Malaysia ni negara pengeluar minyak.
2. Walaupun Malaysia menjual minyak kepada negara lain, dalam masa yang sama..

HR : Are you married? Planning on having children?
Gen Z : What about you?
HR : What does my personal life have to do with it?
Gen Z : What does my personal life have to do with it?
HR : Well, you're getting a job, aren't you?
Gen Z : I'm an accountant, you're obligated to get me a job no matter what, so why do you need this information?
( HR Looks at the candidate, surprised)
HR : What a generation...
Gen Z : Indeed, such rudeness only comes from your generation.
(HR looks at the candidate again, even more surprised)
having someone to talk to after a long day, check up on, tell if you home safe, notify them about your movements. share whatever you going through, long calls, breakfast dates, lunch dates, dinner dates, all kinda dates.
i don't think we’re meant to be alone.
Although I'm ok with being single, I can't wait to actually meet someone who's actually interested in me. The constant crave of wanting to talk, asking about my day, my feelings, sharing laughter & being heard is so rare nowadays. Nobody communicates anymore. Real is Rare. 😔
Please let go guys. Things that have not worked out for you. People who have hurt you. Situations that were never meant for you. Learn and let go. If you keep speaking on that negative occurrence, you'll watch your life stand still.
Let go.
A Gen Z joined the team.
Week one.
During onboarding, the manager said,
“We sometimes stay late during peak periods.”
Gen Z nodded.
Then asked,
“Is that paid… or just expected?”
The room went quiet.
- No attitude.
- No rebellion.
- Just a question.
Later that day, HR mentioned “growth opportunities.”
Gen Z replied,
“Does growth include raises, or just more responsibility?”
Again, silence.
- No laziness.
- No entitlement.
- Just clarity.
That’s when the team realized something.
When people say
“Gen Z is lazy,”
what they really mean is:
Gen Z watched old generation
- skip meals,
- miss birthdays,
- work weekends,
- and burn out
only to be told
“budgets are tight”
and “be grateful you have a job.”
So Gen Z chose differently.
- They don’t romanticize overwork.
- They don’t confuse suffering with ambition.
- They don’t trade health for praise.
They still work hard.
They just refuse to work for nothing.
It’s not laziness.
It’s pattern recognition.
And honestly,
after everything old generation went through…
Can you really blame them?
Aku rasa teringin sngt nk ada anak lately ni. Rasa mcm ya Allah pertemukanlah aku jodoh yg sepadan dan membimbing utk aku dan berilah aku rasa jadi seorang ibu yang baik.
Rasa mcm meronta2 🫠
