Who is crypto actually for nowadays?

Most DeFi protocols start with a decentralized narrative dream. But eventually, every founder realizes the same thing: The big bags are with the institutions. Once you hit that ceiling, you pivot. It’s not about philosophy or a deep belief. It’s simply about money after all.

BTC was built on the promise of decentralization, but if you want it to keep growing, you have to open the door to institutional capital. Otherwise, it stays caged at a certain cap, a digital collectible for a small group rather than a global system.

The institutional pivot isn't a betrayal. It’s the logical next step for the machine.

The Truth: Most protocols aren't "pivoting" because they lost their way. They’re pivoting because the market for Hype is dead. The market for Systemic Utility is just beginning.

I'm spending my morning auditing who is actually building the "Institutional Bridge" and who is just putting lipstick on a retail pig.
