@ForceStrategy The issue with endgame raiding in early WoW was the inability to gear up outside of the raids. That’s one reason why Karazhan was so popular… it was entry level… and it only required 10 people. The latter is another important aspect to keep in mind.
@caledonian75 @missfacto @creepydotorg As for the match, starting off in guard can lead to a boring match (for spectators and competitors) if the person isn’t good at breaking out. It seems like Tom had trouble with that. He’s probably fairly new and a lot of knowing what to do comes with practice.
@caledonian75 @missfacto @creepydotorg It isn’t unheard of for guys and girls to spar in Jujitsu. There are things you just get used to like practically being on top of someone else constantly. Also farting… I’m sure anyone who has done Jujitsu has dealt with a flatulent partner. 😅
@SawyerMerritt@BillsR_Electric The problem is that longer drives generally involve faster roads, and we know that Tesla EPA stats don’t reflect consistent 70 MPH+ driving. When I switched from the 3 to the S, one major point was that having a 400 mile base range meant that the loss didn’t hurt as much.
@AndyisLive @JesseCox@VancityReynolds It depends on the theater, but an adult can usually just purchase the ticket. They had to get strict when kids started getting into movies like Jurassic Park and South Park. Only NC-17 doesn’t allow minors regardless.
@enhauto@DirtyTesLa Honestly, I just want them to do what the existing stalks do. Please don’t do what others have done and put something like a horn option. 😓
@xgigglypuff …crept into my mind. Surprisingly, I ignored all of it, got my card from the bar and started chatting with her. She was there with her boyfriend and he came over and we all chatted for a bit.
@xgigglypuff It’s more of an online is easy mode kind of thing. 😅 One story that I always recall is when I accidentally left my card at a barcade. When I went back to get it, I noticed a woman sitting by herself at the bar. When I thought about chatting, all the “What if..?” thoughts…
@npcchrissy The best case scenario is that you’d be able to charge at home to make up for what you used during your work commutes. I usually just plug my car in every time I come home (it only charges to 80%). So, as long as you can charge at home, it wouldn’t be a problem.
@npcchrissy The thing is… they also aren’t that cheap for supercharging because of that. I took my drive to see the eclipse and the cost of charging (it’s logged in TeslaFi) and a 30 MPG car at $3.30 per gallon is cheaper than my Model S… and I kept it to 75 or below.
@npcchrissy I had a Model 3 for five years and a Model S for one now. Overall, they work well enough for around town driving but they kind of suck for road trips. The problem is that the range is grossly overstated if you drive above 70 MPH.
@retirein1500@wholemars@elonmusk@aelluswamy I’ve found that dirt is a common cause. You can usually just do a “wet wipe” and that can help a bit. I also noticed it sometimes has false positives more often in shaded areas.
@SawyerMerritt@FudBos@Tesla@KentuckyToc Not even just getting the cars but also getting them serviced. I talked with one of the mobile techs a bit ago, and he told me that due to our laws in AL, Tesla won’t open an actual service center here and we have to drive to TN or GA to get our service done.
@xgigglypuff I thought of Marin Kitagawa from Sono Bisque Doll was Koi o Suru since she’s blonde too… but that would kind of just be dressing up as a Japanese school girl at that point. 😅 https://t.co/TBuEoy8XYM
@xgigglypuff I have to avoid baking because the results are too good and I’ll end up eating too much. 😅 I made some chocolate drop cookies (old family recipe) a few weeks back, and 🤤. They’re more like a cake cookie in the consistency but they’re very moist.
