Bike didn’t make the flight to Nice 😭 - @HeathrowAirport how can I tell someone where my bike is so I can get it back quicker? The missing baggage form system isn’t letting me do this and I actually saw my bike box out the window of the plane as we took off!!!

@HeathrowAirport Can’t get through. No way to get an update on what’s happening with my very expensive race bike and my trip ruined - really poor service. Can see on my tracker it’s in Baggage at T5 - wondering just how many bike boxes you’ve lost to not be able to identify it by now
