Finally the order is cancelled after one and half hour with a stupid coupon yoi can't use on zepto as compensation for this harrowing experience

Pathetic customer service @ZeptoNow @zeptocares no delivery partner is assigned for ages. When you go to the bot it keeps giving you to be patient. The order is delayed by half an hour. You keep reuqesting to connect with a customer care agent. The agent says operational issue.

Another 15 min goes. The delivery guy calls that give me an otp to cancel as if I'm a fool. The customer care is least bothered and doesn't know the status of your order. Yoi are left on your own to track and fight with customer care for refund or to get the order delivered.

@amazonIN @amazon what kind of scam are your running? Clubbed four of my orders together, gave me one otp. Delivery boy delivered 3 of those orders, took the otp and marked all 4 as delivered. How am I supoosed to know how many orders was he delivering?

You should have given 4 otps for 4 different orders so that I have control and check. And I have an email from amazon promising the refund! I want the refund right now otherwise its a clear case of fraudulent practice in the side of amazon and it's delivery agent.
