Earlier, less than 100 patents were filed annually by women in India. Today, that number has crossed 5,000 per year under the leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi Ji. Women now constitute nearly 43% of STEM enrolments in India, which is even higher than the global average.
I feel especially proud seeing our daughters excel and achieve new milestones. Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji has consistently emphasised #WomenEmpowerment and the strength of #NariShakti. As a father of three daughters myself, every achievement by our girls fills me with immense pride and happiness.
Powerful Voices in Finance 2026 — our second edition of the flagship event was truly bigger, bolder, and more meaningful.

The evening was further elevated by the presence of Sundararaman Ramamurthy, MD & CEO, Bombay Stock Exchange, whose opening remarks set the tone for a thought-provoking evening.
With engaging panel discussions and a compelling fireside chat, the event brought together diverse perspectives that truly matter to today’s investors.
