Empryo 3.12.0-beta is out

Use another computer's Empryo (experimental):
• /remote on one, /devices on the other
• Wi-Fi or Tailscale
• Shell, files and keys stay on the host
• macOS, Windows, Linux, even WSL
• Host runs with no window open

Also:
• Subagents as sub-tabs
• One context gauge everywhere
• Tap to pair your phone
• Wake a sleeping computer
• Fixes for Windows, WSL and sign-in

Every day a new "skill" drops. Markdown slop written by AI for AI. You know the drill.

A prompt telling the model to behave is not architecture. It forgets three tool calls later.

SoulForge puts the structure in code.

On startup it builds a Soul Map of your repo: tree-sitter parses every file, symbols land in SQLite, PageRank ranks them, git log gives co-change pairs, dependency edges give blast radius. The agent reads the codebase from an index, not from greps and prayers.

Memory rides the same graph. Each note binds to a file_id, not a path:
-> rename keeps the link, delete flags the note
-> edit auth/mw.ts and notes on routes.ts surface, because git pairs them
-> corrections supersede with an audit trail
-> 14-day decay sinks what you stop using

No markdown swamp. No skill file written by a model for a model. The rules live where the model can't skip them.
