Today I learned about a term called a "glimmer." Which is the opposite of a trigger.
Glimmers are those moments in your day, that makes you feel joy, happiness, peace, or gratitude.
Once you train your brain to be on the look out for glimmers, these tiny moments will appear more and more.
just an advice
trauma ini meninggalkan kesan long term. even kamu udah bahagia, ada certain things will always trigger you. sometimes lagi ketawa, lagi seru2nya, tiba2 one small thing can bring back memories that you worked so hard to forget.
karna itu jangan sesekali berbuat jahat sama orang lain, you never know how hard they’re struggling just to feel normal again, survive each day and libe with the scars you left. tetap berbuat baik, jangan jadi penyebab orang lain meninggal dan give up karna kita.
i always wished for someone who'd be afraid to lose me but how could anyone fear losing me when all i ever showed was that l'd stay no matter how they treated me
unfortunately (or not), it's true that you have to delude yourself into believing that everything will be alright in order for things to eventually turn out alright. as silly as it sounds, #hopemaxxing and #joymaxxing are the keys to living a good life.
Setiap kali lepas makan, our routine be like;
🙎🏻♂️: Thank you sayang masak sedap-sedap. Terima kasih Allah bagi isteri pandai masak
🙎🏻♀️: Thank you sayang belikan barang dapur banyak-banyak. Terima kasih Allah bagi suami saya rezeki
And we laughed. Btw, simple menu for lunch👩🏻🍳
