@JeffreeStar I wish they’d make a pink in the Pro Max model, they had a pink 13 but it wasn’t a Pro Max either. I ended up getting the purple 14 Pro Max when it launched and was hoping they’d launch a pink 15 Pro Max 💖
@maragabriela227@RichLux713 It’s supposed to keep people engaged longer, they focus on the popcorn to watch it pop, just a trick to keep people engaged on her video longer basically
@FDRs_Ghost@_10toLIFE That’s a pretty good movie I watched it when it first came out on lifetime. I’ve wondered if lifetime will make a second part to the movie after the trials since this one ended with Lori in jail talking crazy and an inmate basically telling her she better come back to reality!
@_tiaraariel the FTC could fine her & also fine L’Oréal for her not disclosing using falsies in a mascara ad. They could also fine her for not properly disclosing the ad. Using “brand partner” is not a proper disclosure, legally they’re supposed to put AD very visibly on screen & in caption.
@Lisa_Lum_ @RichLux713 It actually is illegal and she can get herself and L’Oréal heavily fined by the FTC. And with as much attention as this is getting I’ll be surprised if the FTC isn’t already aware.
@xelenaPR @RichLux713@FTC An ad, which is also a FTC violation & using the term partner is not a proper disclosure, influencers are supposed to use AD & make is very obvious & visible on paid content. And with as much attention as this has gotten I’ll be surprised if the FTC doesn’t fine her & L’Oréal(2)
@xelenaPR @RichLux713@FTC It’s absolutely a FTC violation & she risked not only being fined herself but also costing L’Oréal a very hefty fine too. Brands have to disclose when they use false lashes in mascara ads & influencers have to as well. She also never properly disclosed when her content is (1)
@AshleyJenae_@lily_marston True but brands always disclose in fine print that the model is wearing falsies in magazines and commercials. Legally they have to disclose it or they can be fined by the FTC so Mikayla has risked both herself and L’Oréal being very heavily fined.

@Mamstera @KendallRaeOnYT By doing this she has risked herself and L’Oréal both being very heavily fined by the FTC, that’s why I don’t think it was staged.

@gummiedr0p @KendallRaeOnYT I honestly don’t think L’Oréal would risk being heavily fined by the FTC because brands and influencers both legally have to disclose when they use false lashes in a mascara ad and since she didn’t disclose and she lied she risks both her and L’Oréal being fined big bucks.
