Managed to get @SilverstoneUK tickets for F1 2023, however I clicked on inner track as an extra for the Saturday but now the order is complete it isn’t showing on my order & hasn’t charged me for them! Is there a way to add them on now? #Silverstone2023#Silverstone#F1
@mamasandpapas sent an email to you last Wednesday as my replacement order(1st one delivered was damaged), arrived damaged again! Still no response even though you state 72 hours(I had to chase the first time,as no response) have tried to call numerous times,but can’t get through
@Mango It has been over a month since I placed my order,which was not delivered by @Hermesparcels & I filled out a non reception form, but have just been ignored & not updated!Please issue a refund,as either you or Hermes are committing theft as I have paid for goods,not received
@Mango It has been over 3 weeks since my order was”delivered”,which it wasn’t!Have called 3 times and sent numerous emails,But nothing! I have now asked my credit card company to raise this as a dispute,as I will not be paying for goods I haven’t received!A response would be nice
@easyJet I managed to speak to customer service yesterday about my flight due to depart tomorrow.They told me they would process a refund & send a confirmation email. I haven’t had an email & when I login online my booking is no longer there! How long does it take for the email?
@easyJet I’m worried that if I can’t get through by Friday 17th I won’t be eligible for a refund!The flights were only cancelled last week, and haven’t been able to get through since! Vouchers aren’t suitable as its now a cancelled hen do!@easyJet if you can please help!#easyJet

@lastminute_com Never experienced such awful customer service.Due to go on holiday in 3 days time & they have cancelled our accommodation & no one can confirm if our second choice can be booked, even though there is availability online.They have taken our money, but wont help!
