@Head1stNoChaser @VIZIOsupport @VIZIO When I spoke to support yesterday I was told we were days away from a fix. They bumped my concern up to “engineering” and told me I would hear back in 24-48 hours 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Head1stNoChaser @VIZIOsupport I spoke with Lacy on Thursday. She told me that they were working on a firmware update. However their tech team “went on vacation.” Sounds like they quit which is why this is taking so long. I’ve been trying for 6 days to get my TV to work. This is ridiculous!

@Head1stNoChaser @VIZIO Absolutely ridiculous! I’m having the same issue and spent 2 hours on the phone with @VIZIO They couldn’t fix it and the rep tried to tell me it’s the first time he was hearing about an update issue 🤦🏻‍♀️
