Under the most able chairmanship of #Japan 🇯🇵 the intergovernmental Expert Group on the development of Model Strategies on Reducing #Reoffending successfully concluded its work today, and recommends the finalized "Kyoto Model Strategies" to the @CCPCJ❗️
We reconvened today to establish the UN Model Strategies for Reducing Reoffending, for which consensus remains the key 🗝️ for all States to move forward. As the Chair, Japan is committed to leading this process successfully ✅
