@holjones96 @inthestyleUK It’s a joke.Worst customer service ever.They received my parcel never refunded&when I queried they asked me to send proof of delivery,despite them emailing to confirm it had been received!Fortunately I kept it despite the email & 28 days since. Seems they just want to keep our 💸

@easyJet was on hold for 2hours last night, spoke to someone who confirmed they would email me my request discussed. I asked for them to email whilst on the phone as I was concerned it would never follow&they said they couldn’t do that&would email after. Guess what no email! Help
