@RSPCA_official The dog has now been left alone for coming up to 29 hours, without being fed or watered and the owner has just left the back door open for it, so it is also spending the whole night and morning freezing cold. I’ve tried all I can but @RSPCA_official have said they’re too busy.

Nearly 7 weeks ago, I contacted @RSPCA_official about a dog that was facing neglect and abuse - being constantly hit, been thrown, locked outside in the cold overnight and not looking to it’s ideal size. I was told if the dog is walking okay, there’s nothing they can do.

They also said the noise from it being locked out is something the council needs to deal with and being locked out overnight ‘is frowned upon but not illegal’. 7 weeks on, the case is just getting worse and after a second call tonight, @RSPCA_official is again no help.
